By logging in to the website, going to the “My Orders” section, and selecting “Return,” you can return the item.

It will be free of charge if the product is returned within 15 days of purchase.

  1. Which items aren’t eligible for a refund?

Staining, damage, or deterioration of products and Freebies that come with the purchase of a product.

  1. The item I’d like to return was purchased on a discount/flash sale. Will I be refunded the entire amount?

No, if you purchased the product at a discount or during a flash sale, the amount refunded will be the amount you paid for the product.

  1. Will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be refunded if I return the item(s)?

The COD/Shipping/Gifting charges added to your order are non-refundable.

  1. What are the conditions for a refund?

After the product has been picked up and qualified for the quality check, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

For self-shipped orders, the amount refunded will only be for the product purchased, and the courier charges will be covered by a one-year coupon valid for your next order.

**Note: If you’re returning something yourself, please send it to us via speed post or a reputable courier service, along with a scanned copy of the courier slip. Courier costs will be refunded as a coupon code **.

  1. Where should I self-ship the returns\ in which case I have to self-ship?

If your Pin code is not serviceable by your courier partner then you should have to consider self-shipping through a reputable courier company. Please email us your decision to self-ship; we will respond with our address and a text box where you can enter your order information.

  1. What are the exchange policy’s terms?

You have seven days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. For the majority of pin codes, we have a pick-up service.

The same products in different sizes and designs can be exchanged.

It is impossible to exchange products not purchased from our website.

Partial exchanges are allowed under the return policy, but only for items purchased, not for free gifts.

  1. When will my replacement product be delivered?

The replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days. The old delivery will be collected from your doorstep and returned to us, where it will be subjected to quality inspections. Only after the product has passed the quality inspection can it be exchanged.

  1. Do I have to return the freebies that came with the product during the exchange process?

Nope. Those freebies will remain with you indefinitely; however, the exchanged product you will receive will be devoid of any freebies.

  1. When will I receive my refund after submitting a return request?

A representative from our delivery partner will arrive at your address to pick up the product. When the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be subjected to a thorough quality and maintenance inspection. If the product passes the Quality check, a refund will be issued to your bank account within 5-7 business days.

*On bank holidays and weekends, no refunds will be issued.

If you have requested a return for your product, it will be picked up in 2-4 business days.

  1. I’d like to exchange my item, but it’s slightly stained; how can I do so?

Oops we are very sorry. We won’t be accepting any products that are stained, soiled, torn, worn out or damaged.
